Portfolio of brands which we have been collaborating with are quite diverse with some casual eateries, premium & luxury brands.
Our aim is to become a recognized F&B consulting firm collaborating with a portfolio of restaurants & brands that offer honest food, genuine hospitality, high energy experience, within a well developed environment that represents good value for money.

Michael Fons
Our founder, Michael, brings 27 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning his journey the ground up. His global exposure spans France, Canada, Japan, Scotland, England, Denmark, and the United Arab Emirates, where he has been involved in various projects. has cultivated a deep understanding of fine dining, having managed some of the world's top restaurants, as well as more modest establishments with high volumes, showcasing his ability to adapt to different concepts.
